Every client is treated like family.  Led by Senior Hairdresser Gail: a trade-certified stylist with over 18 years of experience who trained at Servilles. Hair Identity is a community-focused, sustainable hair salon in Hillcrest, Auckland (just off the Northcote motorway junction). The Salon’s ethos is “It’s who you are!” – it’s a place you can relax, get pampered and walk out with gorgeous hair. Hair Identity uses professional Keune products which have been around since 1922, tried and tested for ultimate luxurious hair.

Hair Identity specialises in precision cutting, colour, balayage, blonde techniques and colour correction. For the ladies cut & blow-waves – whether fine, curly or straight your in good hands, men’s cuts & fades, kids’ cuts, colouring & highlights, balayage & ombre, perms, formal styling & hair ups, Nanoplasty straightening treatments, and a full spa treatment menu. Senior and university/student pricing available.

Sustainability & Community

Hair Identity is a proud Sustainable Salons member, recycling 95% of all salon waste. Using Keune Professional colour products – a portion of every colour tube purchased goes to the Keune Foundation, supporting families of children with life-threatening illnesses.  Gail also supports Haircuts 4 the Homeless (via Orange Sky NZ) and runs an annual Christmas toy drive for Starship Children’s Hospital.
